At Calibre Furniture, we want you to love your new home. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery provided it is in original, unassembled condition and packaging.

Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return authorization.
Prepare Your Item
Ensure the furniture is unassembled and securely packed in its original boxes with all protective internal padding.
Schedule Collection
We will arrange for our specialized furniture couriers to collect the item from your address at a scheduled time.
Receive Your Refund
Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
